AmateurArtwork was created under the philosophy that art is important to societal and cultural well-being. It is our intention to be one more possibility for artists in a world of (relatively) limited possibilities. We exist to extend an avenue for publication to talented artists who are not widely known or published, as well as those simply seeking another medium of display for their art.

Our passion is for supporting developing artists by providing a path for recognition. We use the term "Amateur" with some degree of sarcasm. We are seeking quality work, but by emerging artists and those who are not yet considered professional in their field.

Artists are responsible for selling their own work, and contact information will be provided on the website for interested buyers. There is no cost to use AmateurArtwork, but donations to the website are much appreciated.

Every artist retains the copyright rights to his or her piece. Period. Unless the artist chooses to transfer rights, each piece that can be seen on this site is not available for copy or use except as permitted by the artist.

When submitting your work, you may choose to include a watermark on your images, or we can provide one for you upon request.
