Bio: Aydasara Ortega is a collage artist who creates by cutting, cropping and deconstructing objects into pieces, forms, shapes and words that reflect her encounters throughout life's journey. Ortega reorganizes pieces to create a new whole. Some of these works comprise her series, "The Little People." She has created her art for many years prior to coming to the United States, where she immigrated from Latin America to pursue graduate studies in Language and Literature. She now holds a Master's Degree and creates art in San Francisco. Contact her at
